Made 2 hybrid parcel shelves out of 4 that I had (Sunny has 2 parcel shelves, one that lifts up with the boot lid and one that doesn't) to eliminate a load of rattles from the back end of the car.
Modified 6x9s in the back to have decent size blade terminals.

Made new speaker cables for the 6x9s using OFC Phoenix Gold speaker cables, all with crimped ends.

Reinstalled dodgy amplifier in the back to do more troubleshooting.

Set up both amps and found source of problem with 4ch amp.

Took it all apart again!

old school, I want your car.

Today I went to see the mechanical wizard that is mattlaw because my car has been pissing out oil for the past god knows how long. Turns out it was an easy fix, but he did find a few other problems that require attention...

such as... new timing belt, new AC belt, new front hub, new front tyres...... rear caliper needs a refurb, need new rear disks and a couple of bushes.

Fail status: large.

A wayward lexuspat was also spotted.

it's fine, as soon as I'm employed again I think I'll get a black on black GS430 and pimp it out to the extreme. Keep the IS200 for slinging round corners and use the GS as a town/motorway/show car and we can roll together in VIP style.
