not really no, we still await for someone with a charger to lend the cradle

this is and will continue to be the stumbling block for this build

Yes it does, I even have a broken supercharger at home to measure from.

the easy part is the measurements of the bolt holes, the not so easy part is getting the angles for the supporting legs, that bolt to the engine block and so forth, even with measurements you will still need to figure these angles out by fixing and adapting, until you've got it right.
im in the process of making another cradle, but its a slow process,
ill post some pics when its done, but dont hold yer breath.
on another note i still cant find the original pulley the tte kit used,i adapted a merc one, which is 138mm but others say one from the supra fits?
its like finding the holy grail haha.:presents2:

ha ha the holy grail !!!! Smile let us know when ya find it.

yea there is no problem measuring the hole positions. ive an eaton there to measure up. as above its all about getting the angles rite. even having another cradle longside you , your still going to have issues with the angles all working intogether nicely.
in thinking a block bracket machined out of a big lump of ally rather than the bar cradle type.or then again using some item ally and making up a frame that way. might have a look into the weekend and see how it goes for me.

I'm actually still in the process of acquiring a genuine TTE cradle.

But my opinion, having looked into making a cradle, is that trying to make an exact copy of the TTE one is a waste of time and that you are better off just making your own design.

As long as the holes for the engine and charger are correct, what you put between them is irrelevant.

this is true but using the design i thought it would have been easier as getting it lined up so you dont shred belts would be half the mission

i dont think you would shred belts if you had a block bracket with slightly elongated slots for adjustment. if your paranoyed about making a cradle and belts shredding id be asking someone else to make it far ya Smile its very easy to run a straight edge along the front of thr 2 pulleys to ensure squareness. i think people are makingt a bigger issue out of making this bracket than there is to it !!Smile if you have an eye at all in your head and a vernier and the use of a cnc mill i think there wouldnt be too much to it.
