Youe first sentance lloks a very simple way of dealing with the issue,

To be fair u should worry as firstly its not OEM and ur be pussing 50bhp through that belt.

I've seen 2 custom made setups and both shredded belts and one was 2mm out of line and was pulling the belt forward so tollerances should always been considered.

The only way to do this is to get an original , make a jig up using the cradle and make a new one.

That's what we have been waiting for moley, I've got a workshop on standby to make the jig and create the first cradle

My issue is someone willing to lend their cradle for a period of time to make the copy

Mine hasn't shredded a belt yet, and its been on the car for around 18months so far

That's a plus mate,

My point is though I'm not gonna take up masses of time from my welder/workman to make something new and custom when I he can make a jig in no time at all.

And then everyone made after that will be 100% the same each and every time

well i think that it would be an easier way alrite as you would be able to adjust the supercharger when it is mounted, then take the whole assembly off the car when correct and dowell the supercharger so as there is no movement. i cant see 2 mm making the difference in a belt shredding in fairness. its not that it is 2mm out its the 2 mm over the what 8 or 10inches that you have to take into concideration which is absolutely minimal. there is more than 2 mm play in the blitz frames on the tezzas and ive seen none of them give trouble. i wonder if i just hold off and put it on the santa list ....would it be easier ?? Smile lol
