Youe first sentance lloks a very simple way of dealing with the issue,
To be fair u should worry as firstly its not OEM and ur be pussing 50bhp through that belt.
I've seen 2 custom made setups and both shredded belts and one was 2mm out of line and was pulling the belt forward so tollerances should always been considered.
The only way to do this is to get an original , make a jig up using the cradle and make a new one.
That's what we have been waiting for moley, I've got a workshop on standby to make the jig and create the first cradle
My issue is someone willing to lend their cradle for a period of time to make the copy

That's a plus mate,
My point is though I'm not gonna take up masses of time from my welder/workman to make something new and custom when I he can make a jig in no time at all.
And then everyone made after that will be 100% the same each and every time

Well I was thinking oftaking it off sometime and making up a jig. But just not got round to it
know that feeling bud
would someone be able to take the measurements of the standard cradle including the angles its built to maybe we could get one of our cad guys to draw it up that will at least get the ball rolling on it being started ?
