wheel studs
wheel studs
Anyone got any bright ideas about getting wheel studs into the hub?
I've tried using a load of spacers and drawing them in with a nut, but that isn't getting them all the way in. I've had to knock one back out again and now I'm at the point where I just want to set fire to the car.
**** sake.
I just used some washers and a bolt with a ratchet. Nothing more complicated than that.

I have always just tapped them into the hub until they're a little tight and put the wheel on, dropped the car to the ground and torqued the wheel nuts. The only time I had an issue with this method was with the Sunny a few weeks ago, where they came loose as there was swarf / grease / **** in the threads. I had to hammer them into the hub with a punch in that case to get them to stop coming loose when trying to torque the wheel up.
