Now you have them pulled through that far, put the wheel back on and drop the car off the jacks. It won't turn round with the full weight of the car on it!

That's how I've done them on Dan's Supra, the Sunny, the MR2, etc

Took a possible Sportcross replacement out on a test drive.

Drove mine to Lee Valley and back, and looked in shock at the fuel gauge which shows 1/4 tank left after 330 miles so far!

yesterday i spent all day messing around with wheels and jacking my car up and down
S14 aftermarket wheels (silver) didnt clear my calipers
EVO 6 wheels (black) turned out to be replicas which didnt clear my calipers
ROTA GTRs (black) easily cleared my calipers but stuck out about 2 inches
inovite redlines (white) should be sweet but as it was half 10 last night, i didnt try them but they are fine on an EVO 5 and have 4 good tyres plus 2 spare new tyres

Today I just replaced the bonnet strut clip thing (The plastic bit on the underside of the front of the bonnet). The clip snapped off last week, So I put a cable tie loosely around it to temporarily keep the strut from flapping around all over the place.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to swap my new front dampers onto the car (OEM equivalent "KYB Excel-G")......... This is going to be the first time in my life where I'm changing dampers without the intention of uprating/lowering a car !!!!! I think I'm getting old. Sad

Scotty B.

Air filter by K+N, Exhaust by Japspeed, Brakes by Mintex......... And a scuffed rear arch by my sister. Huh

So today.

Sorted the wheels out.

Before

[Image: A63E83DD-9064-4708-B163-C635EAB17ABD-754...e76056.jpg]

After

[Image: 8791B7F8-85FB-423A-80B2-B9CF5A0F4337-754...11c3e5.jpg]

And just for shits and giggles

[Image: E3B042DF-6A23-4E48-A080-674D81479AE0-369...c8b0e1.jpg]

I also fixed the recently installed new passenger door handle that was catching on its self

Fixed the leaking exhausted

Adjusted the tick over too about 700rpm previously over 1000 and running pig rich. Still not happy.

Found a lose manifold stud

Re wired the front driving

Filled the damper swirl pots with oil and introversion throttle response.

Sprayed inside front wheel arch to protect against rust.

Adjusted front bonnet catch to stop hood opening while driving.

Well today I fitted my AEM Failsafe UEGO gauge.

Fitted the sensor in the standard 'Rear' O2 sensor position, and rewired the Gauges 0-5vdc signal, through a nice little conversion device to produce the 1-0vdc signal the ECU wants to see.

All seems to be working OK so far, I wonder how long it'll last.

Nice work mate!

Today I sprayed the engine bay again to cover the bit I hacked out and rebuilt. Also bled all the brakes. Just need my manifold and its all go.
