Well the cars running!

Idles terribly and stutters on throttle, got some many dodgy looks getting to the petrol station to fill her up lol

But got the aem working again and its leaning out, need to adjust the fuelling as it getting lots more air from the massive inlet and throttle body

Will attempt the amateur mapping tomorrow then hopefully ill get to jap power!

Just a quick look at the list completed this winter:

New coil packs
New coil holder
Boot lock remove
indicators - extra gap between signals lto create flash
Cal boost gauge
Make new fogs
Make new rear lights
Knock to ecu - cant do
Fix high beam
New roll control buttons
Move relay box- ongoing
New tank plate
Rewire ecu (knock, nos)
reweld intercooler mounts
New oil cooler position - make brackets
Refit power steering pressure sensor to ecu - ongoing
Cut indicator wires so sends solid signal - started
Power steering under Wing
Earth fan second fan wire
Weld bar to boot
Open co2 bottle check for dip tube
Make new gear surround
Add nos switch to gear surround
Measure volume of standard overflow tank - 0.75 litres
Glue spacers onto cam covers
Check spark plug length against coils
Earth all coils together
make new fittings for nos - 6th to finish
Redo boot strip - painted
Repipe boost controller - use pipe on cam backing - just needs mounting
Door markers - work?
Extend rear speaker cables
Rewire gauge illumination and rheostat
Wire in reverse gear warning light
Figure last wire from WI setup
Fit projectors
Change dwell time on map
Cut lip and flatten
Cam breather, including to intake
Fit inlet manifold
Fit bonnet catches drill holes for strikers
Cut down fuel fitting
Weld in plug cover - needs holes drilling
Redo alarm wiring
New expansion tank - needs hole cutting, and bolting down
Remove clutch cylinder
Remove wings
Fit new crossover box
Headlight rear cover
Weld in cover for wing loom
Run speaker wires through door
Attach speaker wires in foot well to boot
Fit new fuse in boot
Rewire double locking
Fit new inner arches
Spray pipe clips
Drill hole for cold intake
FPR mount
Measure up for boost gauge in dash
Remake dash surround
Redo gauge holder - RLTC adjuster
Tidy cables behind gauges - ongoing
Raise rear boot floor
fit tvs - lock detection for signal
Put exhaust valve on boot pull
Door poppers - needs power
Fit incar boot popper - wire run, just button
RLTC activation light
Fix video selector
Wire LEDs to dash surround
New rad cap - shorten horizontal
Fit selector somewhere else- buttons and selector under tele?
Drill hole for gearbox wiring
Relay for fuel pump - in boot raised floor
Swirl pot fit
New pump fit.
New feed line
Icv flange
Crimps for fuel pump
Inlet temp sensor mount
Fit bonnet sensor
Patch hole
Dipstick mount
Rebolt half shaft
Run fuel lines- join pipes
New radiator fit
Fit kill switch to second battery
Fit relay for rltc
Sort last 2 wires on engine loom
Trim down exhaust valve cover at end
Run alternator cable
Rewire traction light
Make pipe from solenoids to distribution box
Top rad pipe
Power steering pipes
Intercooler pipes
Remake return line
Bolt on wings

lol. Maybe! We should start it again, there are enough new cars here now to warrant it I think. And not all of them are IS200s!

i did look into it on the garage the other day but failed miserably in my attempt.
