Well today I went and got some new wheels there all ex display and the lacquer is peeling but ill just sand the lips down and re polish them and they'll be sorted
There alot better the the kei ones they make the car look alot younger now so I'm happy just need to fit my lower front suspension and ill be happier

the rears are 19x9.5 and the fronts 18x9 only paid £200 with brand new rear tyres on them and I kept my fronts which is why the front tyres are bigger but I'm not fussed

Be careful with 19's.. especially on a TT ... in the wet they are dangerous on my NA and the 19's I had on my tt came straight back off again as in the wet they would have killed me ... 18's are a much safer move on a TT

That's down to the tyre compound, size and profile... not strictly the wheel size!

And driver cough cough cough

I hear what you are saying Sam. You get the same problem on s2000 with 18's. it's really strange as you woul have thought that things like Tyres profile etc and driving style have a greater impact. Bu I tested this theory on my s2000 and for some reason just changing the wheel setup made a horrendous difference to the handling.
