i found a set of wheels with the following specifications:

18x7.5 ET48 and 18x7.5 ET 38, 5x114.3. Center bore 69-70mm. Will they fit my car? Do you think I will need fender rolling? Also will I need adaptors or rings (Lexus wheels have 60.1mm center bore).

Your help would be appreciated.

You definitely need center rings for 60.1mm
I think the et38 wheels will fit perfect at the rear. But i am not sur about the fronts maybe they will hit the coilovers on the inside. Maybe a little spacer will be enough
I dont think you need to roll. Maybe just a bit plastic modification on the front

Et38 is for the front wheels due to big calipers

I reckon the et48 would fit at the back too no problems, but I'd probably use spacers to push them out a little to match the front
