I've been looking into getting the other type that sit on the outside of the door frame, but need to be imported from the good old USA

Heko's are good but only do fronts. Fit inside the window chanel.

But which is the best type ? I try and just use the best for the car .

Moley Oh is that what they are for !!
Assuming you are talking about the side windows here not the wind deflectors for the front or rear ?
Not sure what they make for the front but you can get a carbon rear one almost finished has one

you meant a diffuser didn't you? plus the carbon thing dave has is a vortex generator lol
