Memory Walk in aid of Alzheimer's Society 01/09/13
I've now raised enough to pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more I raise, the bigger the difference it will make.
(Yes I copied that bit lol)
But I know from personal experience the difference these sessions make to both my dad and my mum.

Now at 95% of my target amount
Lets hope for a little more.

The walk wen really well apart from the uphill parts lol.
So far including my sponsorship at work and with family and friends has so far totalled around £150 which is great
The justgiving page is still active till 01/12/13 in case anybody else would like to sponsor me.

Wasn't as easy as I thought tho.
Having recently been diagnosed with copd myself things like this aren't as easy as you'd think. But a few squirts of the inhalers I was able to complete it.
That said there was noway I wasn't going to do it
