light stalk wiring!
light stalk wiring!
Have you looked here:
bahamutcars.com/workshop/IS_98-05/index.html
Theres system wiring diagrams on there.
http://www.bahamutcars.com/workshop/IS_9...=tshwl-rhd - Indicators
http://www.bahamutcars.com/workshop/IS_9...ode=hl-rhd- Headlight control
http://www.bahamutcars.com/workshop/IS_9...-11672.pdf - Connector for them both
Them two should help
they should be exactly what you need
the links wont work in Chrome or Firefox.
You have to open them in Internet explorer then they should work
They're PDF (Acrobat) documents, if you've got a problem with your reader for that then that might cause problems.
As Stav said it should work fine in Internet Explorer. In the worst case, if you can't get them to display at all, I'm sure we could email them to you or do something else to help you out (e.g. if you have some specific questions we could answer from the diagrams).

any help much appreciated
If you PM me your email address I could try emailing you the wiring diagrams. They're in Adobe PDF format (Acrobat Reader). That would probably be easier for you, but I'll try to describe what's on the diagram, feel free to ask more questions. The wiring diagrams for the IS200 are very good and tell you everything you'll need to know !
For the indicators, the common wire is white with a black stripe, and that goes from the indicator stalk to a common connector which is earthed. Then for left turn, the wire is pink with a green stripe, and that goes to pin 8 of the flasher relay. For right turn it's a green wire with yellow stripe, and that goes to pin 6 of the flasher relay.
Are the lights on the dash still wired up as originally or do you need that info too ? e.g. the turn lights on the dash ?
The headlamp wiring is more complicated with the different switch combinations, but I wanted to check I'm giving you the right sort of info before getting into that.
