no stav i havent do you think that is the cause for TRC and ABS not to work because ive tryd locking the car up on a straight road and the left side works but the driver side doesnt does it cost much to repair.

yes as both the traction control and ABS need that signal to work properly.

depends how much you can find a sensor for i suppose

Wonder if that's the same deal as what happened to Ormi's balljoint!

SENSOR, SPEED, FRONT RH
89542‑51010 1 € 244.42

Probably best to try and find one from a breaker!

If you take the wheel off you'll see there are 2 'pipes/wires' coming out from the car to the wheel hub.

1 is the brake line, this goes into the brake caliper and is a flexible rubber hose
The remaining one is the one you want, it goes into the hub itself near where the suspension turret joins the hub. It bolts in and the wire goes up the side of the wheel arch to behind the plastic arch liner where there is a wiring connector you can unclip to separate the ABS sensor and its wire from the rest of the car. The cable is held in with a couple of 10mm bolts to the wheel arch and 1 bolting the sensor in to the hub.

They take a bit of effort to get out of the hub.
