OJC Shows for 2014
So the time has come to start looking at the shows for next year as a club are main turn out events were
Modified nationals / jap power - Friday 23rd - sun 25th May
Japshow - Sat 5th/Sun 6th July
Japfest - Date still TBA
JAE - Thursday 4th - Sun 7th Sept
Japshow finale - Sat 11th/Sun 12th October
Based on the above we are thinking about booking in for the same shows
In past years I have paid out up front to secure a good spot at the Santa pod events but with the rate the tickets sell the club can't afford to do this again this year, one of the reasons we go for the same area each year at the pod is the fact we have the facility to camp on the stand rather than general camping, we are also very close to the track action
We run into the same problem as above for Japfest at castle coombe (those that went this year will know what the stand was like) in order to stop this happening we have to book in quick with confirmed numbers
Now whilst the dates for most shows are not listed yet we all know roughly when they will be
So are you as the show attendees worried about
- stand location at events
- camping location at events
Would people object to paying a upfront deposit of £15 for each event to allow us to book your tickets with a deposit and secure good spots at the shows
Look forward to hearing from you all, are there any other shows you feel we should be looking into

I know they aren't shows but I like Ace cafe too and I enjoyed the Meguiars meet a few years ago
