Have you thought about just drawing something up and then getting it made by a woodwork company?

I drew this up ages ago as a way of mounting a slimline sub in the boot facing through the ski hatch, never got round to getting it made though.

I did that on Google SketchUp which is completely free! Did take a few hours as I was learning as I went along, but it's always an option if you wanted to give it a go...

For the size of the box I may need to remove the front and rear seats and build the box in the car and slide it through I m goin on a trip to page and taylors next weekend. Does anyone know the angle of the back seats in the boot?

You can't remove the rear seats as such, you can remove the padding/leather/suede but there will be the metal barrier between the cabin and boot.

I think im gonna just build a box out of card board and work out the maximum size box I can fit through the boot hatch I just hope I end up with with enough volume for the subs not to be restricted due to the boz volume im thinking about building it into the boot using dowls and battoning cut to a 45 degree angle for the top and bottom of the box or at a slight angle through the pre drilled holes I will make when I have the box at 90% complete I should be able to get my arm through the port withou the box pushed up to the seats to screw the front together
