What should I be looking for with the pipes? My heating has been like this for ages. No water coolant loss or anything

Cheers mate. I'll check it out. Will I need to remove the panel under the steering wheel?

if car isnt loosing coolant, check actuators (two black boxes in 3rd picture), because they tend to fail too...
turn ignition to ON and change temperature settings, you should see one of them moving its arm therefore moving flaps inside the unit to change air flow trough heater core and thus giving you warm air...

Is there any way to set it so that it's always blowing cold instead always hot if the actuators are broken without taking the whole unit out the car?

You can frig the flap basically so it avoids the interior radiator

Well I've been trying to sort this problem out again today.
I've changed the two servo motor things that control the temperature and the direction of flow.
Now I can only get very cold air or very hot air to the windscreen . And side vents. But nothing to your feet or warm air.
Any ideas folks ?????

Lexus IS200 Mods--TTE Supercharger, Tein Superstreet Coilovers & EDFC, 6000K HID Lights, HKS Silent High Power Exhaust, DBA Front Discs, Kenwood DNX9240 Head Unit, 19" Rims, TRD Kit, FIGS Bonnet Struts, Greddy Pillar Pod & Defi Gauges, TTE Red ARBS . And Been To WIM twice
