Have you got a stuck thermostat or an air lock, I had the same on my tubby the other week which turned out to be an air lock .

Sparkystav A sad sad day!It felt a bit sad seeing it go, but I've barely used it since 2012 and now I know it will be appreciated. It became a high school graduation present for the buyer's daugher.
Here's one of the last pictures I took of the car. Apart from the grille and the lowering springs I've sold pretty much every single bit I've added to it over the years.
