The cheaper ones are fine. But so is the alloy one. It's your choice really.
ok cool r u the only mod on here spark u fingers must be bleeding from all your help to people asking questions
anyway pics of my rad
so looking at it again i think rad has popped. As when i checked on getting home had used about half of what i put in expansion tank earlier and it looked like steam coming out of both sides at the top not bellowing but definatly some steam coming out. And there is some crust around thermostat also i have removed around half of whats left in pic. As far as i know this is original rad so its a good 12-13 yrs old so i cant complain really. Anyway if anybody else got some ideas shoot em my way, if not when i change rad will update on situation
forgot to add in previous post journey home went fine car didnt go over half once if anything it was running a bit colder, so here is my other dilema
There is a group buy on the dial kits and i have coveted the rising sun dials ever since seeing them on sparkys pics of his car when i joined ojc or the other side forums and as we all know rocking horse **** is more readily available than these muddy funsters! and probably my only chance of getting a set.
So do i get some rad weld untill my money goes in bank next week or pull out of group buy and get the rad
