Surly the intercooler gets hot? When you drive that's what cools the air but if you stop no cold air which will then cause it to get hot. Maybe not linked to sc maybe coolant problem what's tempature reading? It says you blocked bypass? Maybe the blockage has moved? A few ideas anyway.

Sparkystav A kinked pipe won't help. Off boost it'll just suck in and stall the engine.

dont have any kinked pipes, not the problem

nope front mounts are not supposed to get hot Smile i could fry an egg on mine. temperature reads normal and the blocked port is a cnc machined cap so that cant move Smile thanks for the ideas Smile

Just reading this now, I'm not sure as to what is causing the intake air temp to get so hot that it's making it stall.

By a method of deduction all I could advise is the only thing that is in the way between the cold air outside and the throttle body is the induction kit, compressor and intercooler. The only one of them with any moving parts is the compressor. Even heat soak from the engine wouldn't get the intercooler roasting hot so it must be friction related. That leaves the compressor as the main suspect.

Do the other lads have the upgraded pulley's on their chargers? My only thinking is that the higher speed of the compressor at idle speeds is generating a lot of heat that it is not supposed to do. Does the compressor get hot too?

the other lads are running off the crank pulley as they do not have a tte cradle. yes my compressor does get hot. my compressor is activated using one of the heated seat buttons. car runs fine with sc turned off and idles away fine when activated but when you sink the shoe she dies down. i took the patrick black box out are put the wiring back to original and it is the same, it dies when you sink the boot. so the patrick black box doesnt seem to be doing anything for the car.

ran a direct power line to the fuel pump also over the weekend

when putting oil in the supercharger am i better take the supercharger out and stand it on its end and fill it to the top or am i best fill it the way it is fitted ??

anybody got any ideas????

Black box is not working. You are getting a fuel cut due to the supercharger giving the map sensor readings out of the normal range for the engine.

Rite there was a loose pipe in the fuel tank which seemed to be a lot of the problem. Now the problem is similar. The car will go flat to the mat for about 10 15 minutes and she starts to loose power and cut out again....im still lost and dont know whats up with her.
