My Black 202 Supra
My Black 202 Supra
I'm trying... Got some more bits turning up soon..
I want her back on the road ASAP
More progress...
Supra now has the exhaust system fully fitted... Engine ECU lambda sensors wired up and fitted, the rear water pipe I couldn't get on to finally replaced, intake sensor fitted and most of the vacuum lines fitted.
No cats, no silencers... Just a 3" turbo down pipe, 3" decat and a 3.25" HKS Super Dragger exhaust system... Just 2 resonators and a backbox
The first time my two cars met... And ones giving the other a hand turning over
Woo... Scooby Wagon and Supra (not quite) show car!
Yesterday... Saturday 21st May 2016 was the first day the supra started and ran as a turbo powered car.
It still hasn't moved under its own power but she is alive!!
Still got a lot of work ahead before its show worthy...
More vacuum lines,
Painting the IC pipes,
Heat wrap the IC lines to the intake,
Fit the turbo blanket,
Weld up the screamer pipe and fit,
Fit the AEM ecu,
Paint the engine bay sides,
Paint the intake and Y pipe,
Paint the rocker covers,
Fit the TRD bonnet,
Get the body kit back from the paint shop
Fit the kit,
Fit the headlights,
Fit front bumper,
Fit roll cage,
Buy and fit new wheels and tires,
Fit wide band lambda,
Fit gaugesand A pillar pod mount and plumb in,
Map ECU
Enjoy car.... Can't wait!!
so is it coming to mod nats.....
Looking great mate, are you havin the screamer pipe venting to atmosphere or putting it to the down pipe as I'm in 2 minds how to do mine.

The screamer is getting vented out of the bottom of the engine bay... I want noise
Unfortunately she won't be making an appearance at mod nats... No body kit... No timing and no wheels and no Tax.
But I will do everything to have her at JAE... no excuses
I think I will vent mine roughly the same place and see how I get on

Fantastic build, like the carpet staining! Have done similar with roof linings in the past a full black interior always makes a car feel more sporty in my opinion!
Would love to own a Supra 1 day as a project they were a bit of a childhood dream car and came close to buying 1 a few times growing up but they were always a bit big when I was younger, was always worried I would take the side out!
