Lexusboy Question that springs to mind is if it empty at those dates then you have to ask yourself will this help in maintain this property for me.
That should give you a business answers.
Never less it does sound that he is pushing is luck with you.
Worth thinking about it on last minute bookings, but this is for Oct 2010 so plenty of time still
Just emailed him back saying it seems we may have been wasting each other's time and wished him good luck finding something within his budget.......let's see if he comes back.........

Lexusboy What % of occupation do you get per year Parthiban?
This year has been pretty good, we're about 65% occupied and if we can fill out the remaining dates might be able to get it a bit higher.
The financial climate has meant bookings for 2010 haven't been coming in as fast as last year, we're about 15-20% occupied for next year and hoping it'll get up to about 50% at least by the end of the year.
