has anyone got these or know much about them,im thinking of getting a set for my is200,they seem pritty good for the money,somone did say the std springs are quite stiff,is this true?

I have them on my IS300 and I think they are awesome. I have not had any issues with them and they are great value for money.

You can get them from eBay for £579. I also bought a pair of the optional adjustment extenders for the rear ones, so that I can cut a small hole in the boot lining and have the adjustment knob poking out above that.

Spec-wise the BC racing ones are even more adjustable than the HSDs, i.e. 30-way as opposed to 16-way.

I think the HSDs come with standard pillowball top mounts, whereas that's extra on the BC Racing ones (for the IS200/300). But then again, the HSDs cost more (£745 vs £579).
