steviewevie What's the story then Tony ?

I opened a whole can-O-worms exposing the fact that the MX5 NC has been raised 30mm front and rear in order to gain better points in the "pedestrian impact" friendly list.

New owners by the 1000 complained about the cars handling and i put my head on Mazda's legal block and pulled their knickers down.

So what are Mazda going to do about it, are they going to do something to sort out customer complaints under warranty ?

Nope.... Two years back the correct target data was withheld from the UK so i acquired it from over the pond.

Once i was absolutely sure what had happened i released this information to the clubs, for months i was waiting for Mazda's legal weight to fall on my mat but it never happened, soon after the motor mags interviewed me and i spilled the beans once and for all.

I thought this had been resolved with the release of the face-lift MX5 NC 3.5.... heads up, it's not......... we have a continuation despite the latest claims by Mazda.

The wife's worried the might of Mazda will have me in court anytime soon but i'm still under the impression you cannot sue the truth?

Indeed, if you just told the truth Tony then you've nothing to fear from the threat of court action !

Your business would not be so good had you not spoke out Tony.
The owners of these cars know some thing is not right and your putting the car back to where these cars should be before leaving the factory gates.
