Still not recieved my hoses yet. Sad
Going to go to sorting office tomorrow and kick off. Doubt it will help though.
A friend of a friend mechanic has offered to put all the stuff on for me, for a nice £120.
So if I can't do it myself, least I have a cheap back up.
Fingers crossed the hoses show up soon!

sorry to hear you are having trouble i have just ordered something on ebay today from a different supplier will see how long it takes i also have a package coming from scotland so will see if that gets delayed.

if you paid who ever the seller was via ebay/paypal i think it would be worth starting procedings with paypal. could be for a number of possible reasons
1. items may not be in stock if tis is the case then they are in breack of Ebay's rules and regs
2. Item may never have been sent when the seller claimed (no way to check this unless you ahve a tracking number)
3. if you paid for any special shipping and the seller has not met this then they are also in breach of the ebay rules i think so paypal will still be on your side

on a personal note i do feel sorry for you its a pain when items dont arrive for what ever reasons but most companys when they are in the wrong will happily refund you postage or full amount if there is a problem with the order.

all coments above are mearly stating possible reasons and not a direct link to any company or a companys way of trading.

Well, I have a tracking number, but it doesn't bring up any detail.
It just says that the item is in their delivery network.
Don't think Dave can do anything, as Royal Mail state upto 15working days.
Will defo start precedings if/when those 15days are up, as I can't claim anything off Royal Mail. The poster has to do that.
What a pain in the bum thought. Just want it all done and sorted!

Just got back from local sorting office, and the parcel has been sent, but has been held up somewhere. I got told it has been sent recorded. But hasn't reached the local sorting office. Sad More waiting due I think.

James just a thought, but if you paid with Paypal don't let it go past 40 days of not receiving the items that you've paid for, or they'll just say they cant help you if you do try to claim from them!! It's up to the supplier to sort out where the items went with the post office and not yourself? Smile

I had a lot of problems before Christmas on postage.
You have to wait 15 working days before you ask the post office to look into this.

I have sent off two claims, one was a member on here who ordered 2 Poloshirts and one item was for oversea's.
Both items were sent through the PO and on the same day.
Neither have arrived yet, and they were sent on 05/12/2009

The service from the post office imo is getting worse.

I am still waiting for a parcel (not car-related) that I ordered from a very good eBay seller just before the snow began. I'm pretty sure it'll be sitting underneath a mountain of other parcels at the sorting office !

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !
