Tried the clutch pedal in a certain Mr Aztecbandit1's Skyline R33 today and boy, did that need a firm push or what ?

Are they normally setup very firm ? Or is the tension on a clutch pedal something you can easily adjust ?

Yes mate they are normally very heavy clutches.

But that a small price to pay.

Yeah but that's what I'm not clear on. I wouldn't have thought having a paddle clutch makes things stiffer, just tricker to slip in and out (i.e. more on/off). I could well be wrong though, just making some (quite possibly incorrect) assumptions.

The clutch in mine is a racing clutch so is quite a bit heavier than normal, i tried it out last night having a play with a Civic type R at the lights and when i floored it and dropped the clutch it just gripped and went, think the type r was a bit fed up when i shot off with flames coming out of the exhaust Big Grin

Fitting a stainless steel turbo gasket today so i can up the boost, as i'm only running 0.5bar at the moment and should be able to run 0.8.5-1bar soon when i get some more bits sorted
