While the lex is in the garage getting the HG seen to, i thought to myself about getting the brake calipers painted as ive been meaning to do them. The garage has a spray shop right next to it so i was thinking about phoning them in the morning to find out how much they would charge to take the calipers off and get the spray shop to paint them.

Ive got the blue is200. (dont know the exact colour code name) and was wondering what a good colour to have them painted? Gold or yellow perhaps? Or would that be too subaru-esqe? lol
Thanks
Mo

Blue would look OK, or Red. Also get some "Lexus" stickers for them to finish off the job.

It's personal preference, a bit like the colour of your car in the first place. You could do them black or silver in additional to what's been suggested. Even yellow. Anything really !

It's easy to do yourself though, as Andy said. Though I'm a fine one to talk, the paint for mine is *still* in the cupboard

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Thanks for the quick replies guys. It wasnt really the job of doing them tbh. it was the fact that the car was in the garage so i wouldnt have to wait for them to dry if i had done them at home, if you know what i mean.

Thanks for the pic andy, don't suppose you have any of them from a bit further away? Or are they not that noticeable?

I'd say do it yourself, I am going to be doing mine on the scooby, although I am cheating in the start as my brother is sand blasting and primering them for me

I would say red would look good on the blue background!
