Its got a higher boiling point, so better for when you are giving your motor a bit of death

You're not really going to "feel" any difference with DOT 5.1 fluid. You do need to change brake fluid regularly though, it gradually absorbs moisture from the atmosphere over time, which stops it working so well. So if your brake fluid hasn't been changed for a while, putting some new stuff in (whatever type) and bleeding the brakes properly could help feel quite a lot.

When you're changing the fluid though, why not put something with a higher specification in there, if you're not using 5.1 already ?
