Anyway, to get us started, I was surprised to read today that Lewis will no longer be managed by his dad - I kind of understand the reasons but seems odd to mess with a combination that's worked so well so far?

Seen this on other forums and wondered if we could have one, can it be pinned so it's always at the top of the board? Instead of all the different F1 threads might be easier to just have one with everything in it :thumbup:

McLaren themselves are at the mo, I'm not sure if he's decided who's going to be his manager going forwards. Although seeing what they did with Raikkonen, he probably wouldn't do too badly to sign with the Robertsons, but read somewhere that Mika Hakkinen now has a management firm and that is a possibility given his close links to McLaren.

Latest news on the new teams - US F1 have shut down, and are not going to be racing in F1 in 2010, but are hoping they can in 2011. So this would appear to give an opening to Stefan GP, who have been sitting on the sidelines.
Campos have changed their name, and are now Hispania (following various changes of ownership etc). They haven't tested at all though.

No they've abolished that rule, quite a few years ago actually so they could be 10 seconds off the pace and will still qualify - bit stupid them being there to be honest and sort of explains why Ferrari are so annoyed.
Shame about USF1 though, thought they'd get it together in the end but Stefan seems to be well backed and might even bring back Villeneuve which would be interesting.

Stefan if they make it does have a lot of the Brawn story about it doesn't it - big Japanese manufacturer pulls out, new start up gains lastminute entry and old hand wins the title.
