After disconnecting the battery i think im ight have messed up my auto folding mirrors. Its hard to explain but sometimes when i start the engine the mirrors fold in. and i have to use the button to open them up. But not once has the mirrors folded in when locking the car.

Any help at all!?

Gord You could try disconnecting the battery again to see if it re-sets the mirrors Big Grin

i could try that lol! but should i leave them unfolded and unlocked. or fold them and lock the car! or just mess about with it till i get it back in proper motion so to say lol

well the module to make them fold in is just linked to the battery direct well through the car wiring on the pulse it gives 12v to the mirrors causing them to fold in so disconecting the battery should have no effect on the mirror operation

if you put the switch in the car the other way round and lock it what do the mirrors do ?

I should clarify that I've had this mod working perfectly fine for about a month now. What switch mate?

its all good now! i took the fuse out and folded the mirrors in and locked the car, unlocked it and replaced the fuse. Locked the car and the mirrors fold in! happy days!
