I was reading that schumacher's having trouble with his setup over the bumpy section, but I'm pretty sure he'll have it figured out by quali tomorrow - plus Rosberg's always quick in practice, remember how many times he topped the sheets last year!

It is pretty silly, the speed differential through the corners must be massive - although I'm hoping it's due to a lack of testing/running and they won't be that slow in the race.

Jean Todt (president of the FIA, after taking over from Max Mosley) is saying the 107% rule may need to be brought in again (where you can't race if you're not within 107% of the time of the fastest runner), but it would need all teams to agree for 2010, so probably won't happen until 2011.

It does make sense, but you're right unlikely to happen in 2010. Other problem is testing, if that did happen they'd have to allow more testing, otherwise there'd be no way for these teams to improve and they'd just never race.
