An englishman for once (no offence to the indians or anything, but on phone services it just doesnt seem like them understand, i dont want any offence to be taken, delete this part if it causes offence) But he actually understood, said its a very bad service, said withing 5-10 mins i will get £20 free credit, with my 600 texts so i'm happy
if not ill ring again.
