01-03-2017, 01:59 PM #12all the best kam for you and your wife-we recently adopted a special needs child so there are other options albeit not ideal-some friends of mine were told they would most likely never have kids and after 3 years of ivf now have lovely twins-keep your chin up mate sometimes things arent as bad as they seem-good luck with the mri scan -

Cancer is in the womb- as expected (wife is booked in for a hysterectomy next week)- that's the bad news.
The good news is that the cancer hasn't spread to her overies (so surogacy may be an option in the future). Also told our parents last night- they didn't take the news too well, but we all remain positive and there is support avaliable to us from both sets of families.
Macmillan have also been in touch- sometimes its good to talk to a 3rd person (other than family and friends).
