Good luck with the operation, but if her ovaries have not got any cancer in them, like you said surrogation can be used, and you can have your own family like you want.
Good luck with the hysterectomy and tell her i hope she recovers quickly.

Really feel for you mate, that's an awful bit of news to have to take in. Exactly as you say your wife's health is the most important thing right now so best to focus on that for now - hope the operation all goes well.
