woooooooooo this gets me all excited to get mine done in 5 weeks time, i spoke to Langs in Bolton today and they were ace on the phone

Lol I'm not suprised you've seen a difference Ormi, those original settings were an absolute disaster !

You're still going to have tyre wear issues because of the amount of camber you're running, but I think you are prepared for this.

One other thing, i have two brand new tyres on the rear and 2 fairly worn ones on the front, will the thread depth alter the cars characteristics on the geo machine?

Basically the question is, an i better off getting the tyres changed before or after i get the set up done, or wont it matter?

It doesn't really matter. If you keep those tyres, it's just that the pattern of wear may be slightly different if the geo was out before - e.g. if they were wearing a lot more on the inside, that should stop with the geo at WIM settings, and from then onwards the wear will be even.

If you got new tyres and then the geo done, then you should hopefully get even wear through the whole life of the tyre.

If you change the tyres after getting the geo done, it's not going to affect your geo itself.
