Once they pointed me at that live chat thing though, they were very very helpful, and very polite. Pretty sure it was American given how customer-friendly they were etc (and because the name of the guy helping me was Chuck :lol: )

02-06-2016, 07:29 AM #11I wouldn't have got it sorted without that number that Saraj posted, all I could find was the ability to email them, and I did that and still haven't had a reply (they say it can take 24-72 hours !).

eBay quite often move links around etc, so if that doesn't work, then try searching in the "Help" section for "Live Chat".
It asks you some questions like your account name and various details, then it puts you in a queue to talk to someone. I only had to wait about 30 seconds to connect, no idea if this is typical or not.
