Has the EBC re-set itself when the battery was disconnected for so long? it is NOT safe to run 1.4 bar - although I bet it felt great!!

These engines run 1.2 max before you runinto danger. Check the EBC is running correctly asap.

It is running well phil and us feeling good Smile
not sure if it's reset itself. And not totally sure how to adjust the ebc.
Tried Reading about it but got lost with it lol
but defiinately needs new plugs as it's also misfiring slightly Sad

I'm confused. Is it really showing 0.85mmHg ? Because that seems to convert to almost zero, i.e. 0.001 bar.

850mmHg is 1.1 bar.

Steve that's what I am confused with???
I can only presuming that the apexi isn't Reading correctly.
Could it be set to cmHg??? If so that would be more accurate???

I think it's actually showing you bar, i.e. 0.85 bar.

So that wud be around 12psi??? So that would probly be about right as it wasn't boosted fully.
Wonder if I can change it to bar or psi then or is it a set program???

Looking into it some more, I can find examples of other people complaining about the mmHg figures, because you don't seem to be able to change the units. But it seems it does also display kg/cm2 values too, which is almost exactly the same as "bar".

Does it show a minus sign by that 0.85 figure ? Because I wonder if it's differential pressure, and not boost at all. Does the figure fluctuate when you're driving ? Is it a peak value ? When is it showing you that ?

I honestly think that the apexi isnt connected to a boost source and its all run through the truboost

Steve it fluctuates when driving as does the boost gauge showing pressure and vacume.
But when you have done driving there is a small little box which gives the peak output.

Stav it wouldn't surprise me. But I was hoping it was connected as it gives the peak so you can see what your running at Smile

A big question for me is - what did this used to display for Phil ? Or did you never check this Phil ? i.e. has something changed or maybe this figure has always been odd (as I think Stav is suggesting).
