Brilliant work Christian, many thanks.
For peeps that do not know the story, I wasn't at all happy with the condition of the paint when I purchased it from the main dealership, but very glad I chose to accept the alternative of free servicing rather than their offer to (attempt to) rectify the paint. The decision to place that in the very competent hands of Invisible Touch Detailing was certainly the right one.:thumbup1:

Thank you guys. Had a really enjoyable couple of days and Terry was a great guy to do business with Smile

Moley, there are still a couple of marks here and there. You would be stupid to try and completely remove everything with regard to removing too much clearcoat. The bonnet and boot were the worst off and quite badly scratched, the boot actually required 2 good hits with the fast cut. There was one scratch in particular on the boot about 3 inches long which was quite deep, but the edges have been taken off it so much it shoulnt even stand out too much under lighting.

Terry, how was the car in the garage when you got home?

Quote:Terry, how was the car in the garage when you got home?

 In comparison it's possibly better than the 250 (which needs a waxing).
Christian, the only problem is I appear to have collected most of the insect population between Guildford and the Cotswolds on the front of the car from the journey home

What's the best product to get'em off, or to condition pre-wash?
