OneOf300 Was going to change the belts but can't be bothered to do myself, Brother might be coimg over from the states and I might get him to buy me one of those fancy Gates timing belts. Apart from that just a local who can give it the once over every now and then.
Having owed many Alfa's I got use to having a friendly good mechanic on my side:wink:
Back on topic.......I'll be wandering the streets of Leyton tonight with my Brazil top minus the vuvuela and any drums.

Hurricane Mini meet sounds good.
If i have to put a car in a garage, which is a very rare occasion, as i prefer to do the work myself, i use a garage over towards Ilford. It is called Coventry Service Station. Its run by a mate of mine, i only have my MOT's done there, but he is the only person id trust to work on my car

Well ever since i got my first car, ive dona all work myself. About 6 months after i passed my test i was rebuilding engine number one after blowing it up. Only time one of my cars have gone into a garge for work was for a clutch, as i didnt have time to fit it.
Working on cars is second nature to me now. I even studied motorsport engineering at Uni, not that im using any of that these days.
Anyway were drifting a little off topic in here, i think we should pull it back, or we may get in trouble :Sulk:
OneOf300 I'll keep my eye's open Shaz, might be a bit scared looking at aa blacked out Lexus or I might get some gangsta " what u looking at" type.
Perhaps any East London Lexus could meet up, a local Show and Tell?? - By the way, does a garage look after your car as looking for a recommedation?
