2tongues Toyota GT, so probably something not right there, seams everything they touch is ****.

Certainly turning that way lol.
Just seems tho that both systems are fighting each other.

The OEM one can't be doing anything though because the part of the engine that it affects isn't there, RLTC causes misfiring of the cylinders OEM one closes a flap in the intake system or something like that??

No mate your thinking of the Mkiv supra that does that.
The IS works the same way as the Racelogic in a way, as it cuts the fuel injections, but also puts the brakes on a little.

In low gears if you go to pull off hard it causes misfire,
if you put foot down hard enough in 3rd wheels will break traction in the wet all day (just not 1st or 2nd???)
if you manage to kick the **** out in (low gears especially) it's constantly trying to stop you even tho the RLTC is off.

That sounds more like the RLTC if it is misfiring.

In what way is it trying to stop you? misfiring or just cutting all power?

There isnt a crude TC built into the Apexi?

It causes a misfire and loss of power.
Building revs back up takes a second or 2 before it starts to build.
