I've a mate in Hollyoaks but that doesn't count because I knew her since before she was famous...
Edit: Here's a tenuous one. I used to live in the same small town as Clem Curtis, which is not a name you'll recognise. He was the lead singer of The Foundations and wrote/sang such classics as Build Me Up Buttercup and Now That I've Found You.

There's quite a lot of F1 talent around here but I've never seen any of them! Live a few miles from Heikki Kovalienen and Mark Webber.

You would know them as Katy Fox (hollyoaks, Hannah) and Dawn Swann (eastenders, Kara)
