For Sale: My 5VZ-FE Turbo V6 engine
For sale here is the rear clip that was in my MR2 V6 Turbo, sadly now resting in piece.

Everything that you will need to get your MR2 with my old setup, excluding a Cinquecento radiator

Included are:
1. Fully built 5VZ-FE, with Arias pistons and rings. Pauter rods, ProFlow oversized valves, Stage 2 Sea2Sky 262 duration cams, 6x 1000cc injectors, resistor pack from a MkIV Supra (bought new). New coil packs for the for wasted spark ignition.
2. Syvecs S6 GP ECU (with boost control, active knock, traction/launch control)
3. Garrett GT4094R
4. TiAL F46 Wastegate with 0.7bar spring
5. Custom Chargecooler core and associated piping
6. MR2 Revision 3 Gearbox in excellent condition, no notches, good shift, no crunches with RPS Max Puk clutch, to take 525lb/ft

You will need to make sure your fuel pump is up to the job and the fuel lines.

Everything above has less than 1000 miles on the clock.

Woodsport can drop this in for you (price to be negotiated between you and Woodsport) - but once installed and fired up, you're on for 420bhp @ 0.7bar

The engine was $12000, shipped to the UK from USA. ECU is £1250+VAT (exc harness and mapping). Turbo was £1000, wastegate was £300, etc, etc.

Bear in mind, once installed, and the boost is turned up by Ryan, there's not going to be much this side of £100,000+ cars that will touch you.

If you want to put this in another car, it would be awesome and more than likely a world-first (if you're in the UK, speak to Woodsport about whatever car you have for this engine).

If it's going in to an MR2, you'd be best buying the whole rear drive train - £7000
For any other car - please comment!

I have some longer gear ratios that I can throw in to the sale and some braided fuel hoses and filter. For MR2's the Carbon End-Can exhaust system will be included as part of the sale.

Hope this goes to a good home, as it has the potential to be stunningly quick in whatever you put it in.

Its been for sale a long time on IMOC............... Its not an easy conversion on the MR2, may as well build a forged 3SGTE and then you have that power and possibly more.

totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"

If you were to buy the rear clip - you'd just need a cinquecento rad and a hole cut in the rear firewall for the CC pipes and you can lift it all in, effectively in situ. The hardwork in the fabrication of the pipes and placements has already been done.

Makes it a lot easier than a virgin install.
