Sparkystav is the poorboys black hole good?

i really like the poorboys stuff but just have the basic wax, sealant, shampoos.

I used it last week on the pug 306 with the G220, it's very good. I used it with a polishing pad and it helped clean the paint as well as hide some of the swirls until I get the chance to remove them properly. Worth spending 12 quid on it even if you use it by hand as by machine all you're doing is activating the cleaners.

To many "detailers" setting up and charging silly money for the work with far to many of them just read a few pages on detailing world and suddenly becoming experts

If anyone on here is going to get their car detailed, please make sure you see actual examples of their work before hand, the have liability cover as detailing/paint correction and power tools in the wrong or inexperienced hands can really screw up your pride and joy

I'd spent nearly 20yrs working away at this stuff in my spare time and really took a pride in it, maybe to much and always ended up doing more to a car than I was being paid for but something great about seeing a car go out in A1 condition.

My own fault I know but just couldn't spare the time for it anymore and would rather be playing with my own car instead :blushing:
