StevieTB I dont like the Veyron, its just a big ugly VW to me lol

Now an LFA

As for the £7k detail, have you read what he provides? Special tiles on floor, inspects the car with a microscope, and polishes each part of the car 5 times each with polish that costs £7k!

The Veryon must be better it has 9 more radiators than the LFA

Marsdendean Off topic but the Veryon is a feet of engineering, just like Concorde was. Yes, other cars are faster around tracks, and yes it's a £1M VW, but IMO it's something special.

Surly every man would like to own a 8L W12 quad turbo, with 1001 BHP ???

Yes, but can they not put it in a prettier car? Like a Lexus LFA

Don't give me any of them.
I'd rather have the cash.
Ok it's got over 1000bhp
But a few things to consider
Obviously the Boring 1 of where you gonna use
Another it's far too expensive imo ok a fate of engineering but be honest are you gonna go to tesco's on it???
Can you put your shopping in it???
And just to put a pisser on the price
Option motorsport have built an R33 GTR with more power and it can used for shopping lol

I actually worked out Veyron running costs when I got hold of the service schedule for them

If you drove 10,000 miles a year in it (which obviously you wouldn't but for arguments sake lets see where this gets us) it would cost you £1.2m a year to run for the first 2 years. After that it gets more expensive Smile That includes everything other than insurance, so tax, petrol, tyres, servicing as per Bugatti's recommended schedule etc.

Did you know that every 4 tyre changes Bugatti say you have to change the wheels as well, due to the rotational stresses placed on them over time weakening the forged material?

Back on topic, when I had my car detailed the guy had micrometers, microscopes, measured the thickness of my paint all over (some of which was 14 microns thick Confusedcared: ) and that only cost me £75  mates rates and all that!
