They won't disqualify them, and I actually don't think that would be the right decision. Ideally they should just swap Massa and Alonso's positions around, that way they haven't influenced the race result and no one is severely penalised.

Marsdendean Thing is, Massa could of been a man and carried on with the race, and not changed gears at 15,000RPM for a couple of gears! Yes they may have got rid of him, but it would of been for the wrong reasons!
Personally I think doing what he did was being a man, he has a job to do and going directly against his employers would have been childish and immature.

Gord All 3 knew what was going on (Team and both drivers) so all 3 should be effected by loosing points gained at this race IMHO
Might stop it happening again ??
I think they should just give them a whopping fine. We all know it's Santander's money that's pulling the strings, so the FIA may as well take some of that money too :laugh:
Ferrari got fined $1m in 2002, perhaps it's time they made a similar payout again.
