If the club wants Heather to do as she did last year then we need to know numbers ASAP as we have a holiday the week before JAE so no last second alterations will be possible as we won't have internet etc
So if members want all their food supplied its burgers, sausages, Curry (sat Evening) all cooked by either Heather or me. This time we should be doing Friday, Saturday and Sunday breakfast.
I can't see it being more then last years £5 each regardless if you are there for all meals or not - although ast year H was cooking from the moment we got there!!
I will try to get prices of food using the PAID already numbers and confirm overall price on Monday. Thats 36 people at the moment.
We need the £'s paying to the CLUB not us then if there is any left over the club can benefit.
This saves you a lot of £'s on food and the hssle of cooking.
