This morning as i left the girlfriends house there was a bang from the rear of the car and what sounded like me dragging something metal then it felt as if id driven over a very soft/small pothole.

So luckily i was only 2 streets away from my mates garage so i paid him a call, took him for a spin round the block and he said hmmm brakes or zorst bracket, so we threw her on the lift and took all the wheels off (wanted to swap front to back anyways) zorst bracket was ok but we found that the rear offside pad retaining plate was missing causing the pads to move about, bang and rattle!

But we rang all the local parts places and no-one can get the is200 brake fitting kits? Called my local Toyota parts department but still waiting for them to get back to me with a price.

But does any one know where else i could get a fitting kit from, car drives and stops spot on, just the odd clunk from the pads when i go over pot holes in the road....
Cheers.
