The price per head can be worked out, if we know who is staying for 3 days or just Sat, or just Fri and Sat etc.
According to the JAE thread with who is coming there are 46 people, so we need to cater for 50 to be safe?
This has a big effect on how much we have to buy, and from where from in order to get the best deal for the club members.
I have sent the costings to Lexusboy/Rabster so we know how much is needed to get this part of the weekend sorted.
@Toxo - of course if you pay the same as everyone else you can eat at the able of the Outlaws. But only because our food will be better then IMOC's:Bazza:
