I've upgraded so I have this PCI-E TV tuner card for sale. You can put it into any PC with a spare PCI-E slot and watch TV on your PC. It supports freeview and is a dual tuner card so you can watch one program while recording another, Sky+ style. If you have Windows Vista or 7 then you may already have the Media Centre program which turns your PC into a full on digital TV system, which this works with. It also has analogue inputs (s-video, composite) so can be used for video capture).
