Hi all,

As ive done this i thought id put a list together of parts needed to do a build.

This is what i used but of course u can make ur own setup however u want.

1. Mercedes CLK 220 Supercharger (ebay/salvage yard)
2. Nissan Nevaro D10 Pulley (ebay)
3. 5pk790 Belt http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vie...3&alt=web
4. Toyota Supra Tensioner http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vie...1&alt=web
5. Cone Air filter
6. 63mm 130° silicone pipe
7. 63mm 180° alloy pipe
8. FMIC I run a 550x140x65mm
9. BMW mini cooper S Vaccum Bypass http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vie...5&alt=web
10. Cradle http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...hp?t=15554
11. Jubilee/Mikalor Clamps
12. Custom made inlet/ Outlet
13. Custom braket for bypass.
14. 40mm silicone pipes
15. 2x 63mm silicone T Piece
16. Vaccum line for bypass
17. BlackBox for the ecu http://www.outlawjapclub.co.uk/forum/sho...php?t=9931
18. 2x 2.5"-2" reducers

Best pipework to use is 2" as its very tight

Im sure theres other bits as well but its a good stepping stone in the right direction

Great helpful list, thanks. Can OEM ecu work as normal with this setup or do you need FCD or something wired into it?? Looking into supercharging my own 00 reg IS200, is da a M62 Merc supercharger from a CLK merc?
