Subaru Legacy B4 TT
Subaru Legacy B4 TT
Good morning all,
Though I would share my weekend with every body, a lot of you are already aware that i have been looking to upgrade and the saying goes every dog has its day, well yesterday (Sunday 18/10) was my day, meet the new ride...
Its a 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 TT manual (Jap import - so comes with real JDM cred :biggrin when it was new it produced 280hp.
It even still has the Japanese roadworthy disk and toll pay system installed, so everytime you start you here this weird japanese woman say something
Interior is super clean bar a tear in the driver seat, but thaats easily fixed.
Came complete with JDM big bore performance exhaust and its loud but who doesn't like the burble from the boxer engine:drool:
Roll on JAE 2016!
So what do you guys think?
nice! dont see many of them about either!

Do like these.. My mate used to have one... Really smooth to drive.
Just watch out for noises from the gearbox... Been told there a bit soft and don't like hard launches.
Yeah the power delivery is smooth and i absolutely love driving her, and with the kakimoto zorst she has plenty of bark to go with her bite too :presents2:
Just realised i don't have a turbo timer yet and its not really urgent as i have learnt to let the turbo cool down safely from when i had my Bora TDi but a TT does help somewhat in situations you forget or are not in a position to sit a wait and are in a hurry are they easy to install and are they affordable?
I have a HKS type 0 pretty easy to fit on the Impreza comes with specific harness you just change over under steering column then splice the handbrake sensor wire into it then mounted in where ash tray used to be....sorted
Can't remember how much I paid but came with Subaru harness so easy, prob cheaper options about

Just bought a type 0 myself. Seems a good unit.
