Members cannot sell their own items as part of a Group Buy unless they are an authorised Trader, or unless they have specific approval to do so.
All Group Buys are strictly transactions between the member/buyer and the organiser/seller, the OutlawJapClub is not part of the transaction in any way. The OutlawJapClub cannot be held responsible in any way for the quality of the item(s), delivery, etc. If you participate in a Group Buy then you do so at your own risk, please take time to make sure you are happy about the Group Buy before committing.

So if you have an idea for a Group Buy, then by all means please post it up in a general area to gauge levels of interest etc. But please don't start up an actual Group Buy thread in this forum until you have approval.
